The Huawei Mate X was due to launch in September, last week Huawei revealed that the launch date of the handset had been changed to November.
Now Huawei’s new folding smartphone has been spotted on TENAA which is China’s equivalent of the FCC, the listing had the specifications of the handset, although we already know these.
The Huawei Mate X will come with a 8 inch OLED display that features a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels, when the device is folded the main display measures 6.6 inches and it has a resolution of 2480 x 1148 pixels.
The device is powered by a Kirin 980 processor and a choice of 6GB, 8GB and 12GB of RAM. Storage options include 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. The handset comes with three rear cameras, these include one 40 megapixel camera, one 16 megapixel camera and one 8 megapixel camera.
As yet there is no date in November when the Huawei Mate X folding smartphone will launch, as soon as we get some more details on the exact launch date, we will let you guys know.
