We just got our hands on the new Huawei Ascend Mate smartphone, and have some hands on photos of Huawei’s new flagship Android smartphone, the Huawei Ascend Mate 7.
The Huawei Ascend Mate 7 comes with some impressive specifications, the handset features a 6 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the display on the handset is impressive with bright colors.
The new Huawei Ascend Mate 7 comes with an eight core Hisilicon 925 processor that is made up of a quad core 1.8Ghz processor and a quad core 1.3GHz processor, the device also comes with 2GB of RAM, and everything feels pretty snappy on the device.
Other specifications on the Ascend Mate 7 include 16GB of built in storage, a 4100 mAh battery, and it comes with Android 4.4 KitKat, and it features a Mali-T628 GPU
The handset features a 5 megapixel front facing camera for selfies and video calls and on the back is a 13 megapixel camera with auto focus and an LED flash.
The Ascend Mate 7 also comes with 4G LTE, 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi with support for WiFi direct, plus a microUSB port and Bluetooth 4.0.
As well as Android 4.4 KitKat the Huawei Ascend Mate 7 also comes with Huawei’s custom user interface, EMUI 3.0, it measures 157mm tall by 81mm wide by 7.9mm thick and it weighs in at around 185g.
We will be trying out the new Huawei Ascend Mate 7 over the next few weeks, and will let you know what we think about the device, so far from using it for a shot time it seems to be an impressive android smartphone.
