HTC recently started rolling out Android 4.3 to the HTC One, and now they have announced that the HTC Evo 4G LTE Android 4.3 update will be released by the end of the year.
HTC did not give a specific date on when the HTC Evo 4G LTE Android 4.3 update would be released, the did say it will come with HTC Sense 5, you can see the tweet from HTC below.

The HTC Evo 4G LTE launched in the middle of last year, the handset came with Android 4.0 ICS when it launched and it was updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at the end of 2012.
As a reminder the HTC Evo 4G LTE has a 4.7 inch HD super LCD display that has a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the device is powered by a dual core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor.
The Evo 4G LTE also features an 8 megapixel camera, NFC, 4G LTE, 16GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB cards.
As yet we do not have a specific date on when the Android 4.3 software update will be released for the HTC Evo 4G LTE, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
