The HTC Desire 601 was announced last month, and according to @evleaks, the handset is headed to Virgin Mobile in the US, although there is no information when the device will be available.
The HTC Desire 601 comes with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, the handset features a 4.5 inch qHD display that has a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
The Desire 601 is powered by a 1.4Ghz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and it comes with 1GB of RAM, there is also 8GB of built in storage.
If you want to add more storage to the HTC Desire 601, the device features a microSD card slot that can take up to 64GB cards, there are also front and rear facing cameras.
The Desire 601 comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera and a front facing VGA camera, it also comes with 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, DLNA and Bluetooth 4.0, plus HTC’s custom user interface, HTC Sense.
As yet we do not have a specific launch date for the HTC Desire 601 on Virgin Mobile in the US, as soon as we get some more information, including pricing for the handset, we will let you guys know.
