HP has unveiled a new addition to their range of peripherals today in the form of their new HP Pocket Playlist device, which has been designed to provide users with a portable storage device for media.
The HP Pocket Playlist can connect to up to 5 devices wirelessly, and is large enough to store 16 full-length movies, 7,600 songs or 10,000 photos, although the exact storage size hasn’t been revealed by HP as yet.
HP has also added a neat feature to the HP Pocket Playlist that allows it to perform DVR recording functions, with a 1-month of access to PlayLater, an app which lets you record online video from sites including Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon to watch later.
The HP Pocket Playlist will connect to most devices including Android, Windows Phone, and iOS devices, and is expected to be available to purchase from February 15th for $129.
