The Bowley Lock Company has this week once again taken to Kickstarter to raise funds for their new high security padlock, model 543, which comes supplied with a very unique key and locking mechanism. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the high security padlock which is constructed from a range of different metals and available to back with pledges starting from £97 or CAD$175 for the aluminium version.
If all goes well with the manufacturing process the 543 high security padlock is expected to start shipping out to backers during September 2018. “We decided to design the biggest, strongest and most secure padlock we could envision. Being the second product we are launching we did not want to let our customers down, so we have taken our cylinder and key technology to the next level. “
The padlock features a dual shielded 9 pin core which has over 2.3 billion key combinations and builds upon the company’s deadbolt 5 pin design which has proven extremely resistant to all forms of covert attacks say Bowley. The latest high security padlock is available in three materials depending on your required application and is available in aluminium, brass and stainless steel.
