During the Google I/O 2018 developer conference this week, the search giant has unveiled a new service it has created which takes the form of Google Tour Creator, designed to provide an easy way to create 360 degree virtual tours directly from your computer. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the service which is now live and ready to use.
You can either use your own 360 photographs or use ones from Google Street View allowing teachers, real estate agents and others to create immersive virtual tours which can be shared on mobile and computer devices. The good news is that no extra applications or downloads are required and the virtual tours can be embedded directly into your website, blog or social networking page. “Anyone can experience the magic of your tour on any device. From mobile & desktop to the Google Cardboard viewer.”
