Google’s Nexus Q media streamer was due to launch before the end of July, but now it would appear that Google has delayed the launch of the device, and has emailed people who have pre-ordered the device to let them know.
Google has said that the reason they have delayed the launch of the Nexus Q is that they are ‘making it even better’, and adding new features to the device before it is launched.
Good news for anyone who has pre-ordered one though, as Google will send them a free device when it finally launches, you can see the statement from Google below.
“To thank you for your early interest, we’d like to extend the Nexus Q preview to consumers who pre-ordered and send you a free device,”
There are no details as yet on when Google will actually launch the Nexus Q, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
