We know that Samsung is making the Nexus Prime for Google, and now according to the guys over at The Droid Guy, who have reportedly seen the device it will be taller and slightly thicker than the Google Nexus S.
According to the report, the Google Nexus Prime will come with a dual core TI OMAP processor, possibly the OMAP 4460 and it will feature an 8 megapixel on the back plus a front facing 2 megapixel camera.
It is also reported that the Nexus Prime will have no hardware buttons except for the power, home and volume buttons, and it will apparentlyland in late October or early November and it is expected to launch on Verizon first and other networks shortly afterwards.
The Google Nexus Prime is expected to be the first Android device that will run Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and its reported launch date ties in with what we have heard about the launch of Ice Cream Sandwich.
