Earlier this month, Google introduced the Huawei Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X, which was launched in several countries. The handset was set to go on sale in India on October 21st, which never happened.
However, if you’re thinking about getting your hands on the Nexus 6P, you’ll be glad to find out that it will launch in the country next month.
“Our supply chain is working on priority to fulfill the demand and the smartphones will be shipped out in batches. The first batch of the smartphone will be available in India starting first week of November. We are working closely with Flipkart and our retail partners on the availability of the smartphones to the Nexus 6P fans,” said P. Sanjeev, Vice President Sales, Huawei & Honor India – Consumer Business Group.
It appears the handset has seen good demand in the region despite the hefty price tag it carries. The company mentioned the smartphones will be shipped in batches, and will be available starting first week of November.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the handset costs INR 39,999 ($615) for the 32GB version, while the 64GB version is going to set your back by INR 42,990.
Anyone interested in picking up the Nexus 6P once it launches in India?
