Google is always adding new features and tweaking its Gmail service, but a couple of new additions to the service are definitely worth a mention.
The first is ‘Delegation’ and new feature within Gmail that allows you to give permissions to other people to be able to access your Gmail account. Allowing them to send email and a process your inbox, whilst being able to view two Gmail accounts at once and switch between them simultaneously.
To start using the new Gmail Delegation service, simply login to your Gmail account, go to ‘settings’ and add another email account under the ‘Accounts’ tab and click ‘Grant Access’.
The second new feature is ‘Contact Restore’ that allows you to roll back your contact list to a previous time, whether it be 10 minutes or 10 days ago, as long as its within the last 30 days. A great feature if you have mistakenly deleted a contact from your account.
Finally one other feature added by Google is the send delay that allows you to delay the sending of an email for a little time.
