If you are looking for a drawing tablet and pen to help with creating graphics and painting on your PC or Mac, and can’t quite push your budget to a Wacom pen tablet. The newly launched Genius pen-based graphics tablet might well be worth more investigation.
The Genius EasyPen M610XA is now available in the US and Canada fro $170 and measures 6 x 10 inch in size, connecting to your computer via a USB port.
The tablet provides 4000 LPI resolution along with a report rate per second of 200, and the pen-stylus provide unto 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity. Its also equipped with four quick buttons for Undo, Eraser, Zoom In, and Zoom Out functions.
Its also comes bundles with a selection of software to get you started including Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, Corel Painter Essentials 4, PenDrawer, PenSign, and Pen Toolbar.
