If you like your computers extra small, you might be interested to learn that the FXI Cotton Candy mini PC measuring just 8cm long, which starts shipping this month for around $200.
FXI has been taking pre-orders for their new USB stick sized computer since February, but over the past months has made improvements to the design by adding a micro USB port and a stronger plastic casing.
As well as changes to the design and look of the Cotton Candy mini PC, FXI has also tweaked their mini system to now be able to run Google’s latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) operating system, as well as Ubuntu. Together with embedded virtualisation clients for Windows, Linux and Mac.
The Cotton Candy is powered by a 1.2GHz ARM Cortex A9 processor, supported by quad-core ARM Mali-400MP graphics, and comes with 64GB of onboard storage and HDMI port at one end with a USB 2.0 connector at the other.
