After launching their new FreedomPop mobile service last year FreedomPop has this month announced that it is on target to pass 250,000 subscribers later this month.
With roughly 100,000 new customers being added to the FreedomPop free mobile service this year alone, which offers a basic amount of data text messages and voice calls are free.
FreedomPop has also begun more unto date phones in the past year offering users the Samsung Galaxy S4 for $349 and Apple’s iPhone 5 smartphone for $399. If you then find that your free package does not meet your needs you can of course increase the plan by purchasing more of what you need. However over 60 percent of FreedomPop’s free plan of customers stick to the free plan without purchasing any additional minutes or services.
Earlier this month FreedomPop also announced the launch of a new Unlimited Everything plan for $20 a month offering users unlimited text messages, voice minutes and data. The package allows users to enjoy 1GB of LTE data per month before speeds are then reduced to 3G.
