Eduardo Umaña has designed and created a new specialty coffee brewer called the FrankOne. Offering a one touch coffee maker that allows you to make great coffee and cold brew. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about its design, features and inspiration.
The new coffee brewer is now available via Kickstarter priced at $70 or £54 offering a 30 percent saving off the recommended retail price. “FrankOne has a unique characteristic that sets it apart from other manual brewers: our patented Vacuum Extraction Technology uses negative pressure to force water through a bed of ground coffee, extracting more of the flavours that coffee has to offer, while reducing bitterness. Our patented method generates pressure that is strong enough to allow brewing with any grind size; from very fine to very coarse. Different grind sizes mean the possibility of preparing a wide range of brew types and cup profiles–from coffee to cold brew, all with the same machine.”
