Games enjoying The Evil Within that launched last October providing a survival horror video game developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
Will be please to know that the games first DLC will be arriving next month in the form of the The Assignment, Bethesda has this week announced.
Bethesda has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming The Evil Within DLC providing a quick glimpse at what you can expect to enjoy in just a 14 second peak. Eurogamer explains :
“The Assignment will star protagonist Sebastian Castellanos’ partner Juli Kidman. It will be part one of a two-part story shedding light on the game’s obtuse plot. Another DLC will let players assume the role of the Keeper (aka Boxman) in a series of mission-based stages.”
“While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder at Beacon Mental Hospital, Sebastian, Joseph, and Kidman encounter a malevolent and powerful force. After seeing the slaughter of his fellow officers by a man wearing a white hood and covered in burn scars, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked unconscious. He awakes in a deranged world with Krimson City undergoing massive earthquakes, unreal shifts in terrain and hideous creatures called Haunted wandering the landscape.“
