Facebook has announced a new SDK for Apple’s tvOS that will bring a range of Facebook features to apps on the new Apple TV.
The new Facebook SDK for Apple’s tvOS will allow developers to use Facebook Login for their apps, the video below shows how the feature will work, it appears to be a much faster way of logging into apps.
The new login system will allow you to enter a code that is displayed on the Apple TV on your smartphone, tablet or computer, this will then authorize the app and log you in.

The SDK will also bring the ability to share links, photos, videos and more from your Apple TV on Facebook and there will also be access to the company’s analytics for apps.

This should make logging into apps a lot easier on the Apple TV as at the moment you have to out in your full details when logging into each app.
