An Evolve release date has been announced this week by its developers Turtle Rock Studios‘ and publisher 2K Games. Confirming that the new Evolve video game from the creators of Left 4 Dead will be launching worldwide on October 21st 2014.
The new Evolve game will be available to play on Sony’s next-generation PlayStation 4, Microsoft’s Xbox One and PC systems and brings a new twist to first-person shooter (FPS) video gaming, allowing players to take the role of a huge monster battling four other human players.
The Evolve game involves a team of four hunters played by gamers using their skills against a giant, player-controlled monster during multiplayer combat on an alien world. Check out the interactive video below to learn more.
“Play as the Monster to use savage abilities and an animalistic sense to kill your human enemies, or choose one of four Hunter classes (Trapper, Support, Assault, and Medic) and team up to take down the beast on the planet Shear, where flora and fauna act as an adversary to man and monster alike.
