Following on from the recent launch of the Liva Z fanless mini desktop PC, which was equipped with an Intel Apollo Lake processor. ECS has now added a another fanless mini PC to their range in the form of the Liva Z Plus.
The ECS Liva Z Plus fanless mini PC comes equipped with a more powerful Intel Kaby Lake-U 15 watt processor, yet measures the same at 5 x 4.6 x 1.3 inches and looks identical from the outside and again supports Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS operating systems.
Complete with VESA mount the small mini PC can be equipped with up to 8GB of DDR4 memory thanks to its two SO-DIMM slots and is also equipped with a M.2 2242 SSD slot, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1 x HDMI and mini DisplayPort.
Connectivity on the mini PC is provided by support for both 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 and offers the ability to connect up to two independent displays and Usb ports include 3 x USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.0 Type-C port.
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
