Double Fine Adventure the Kickstarter project that has broken all records on the site and generated a massive $400,000 in less that eight hours has now moved past $3,000,000 in pledges.
Once the Kickstarter time is up later today a development team under Tim Schafer’s supervision will then start developing the new game over the next six-to-eight months.
The course the proposed classic point-and-click adventure will take will unfold in real time for all the backers to see. In its last few hours on Kickstarter Double Fine has announced a livestream of the project will be available to view as the game is developed.
