Torsten Linnecke has created a new system, sensor and smartphone application called Vmaxpro, that allows athletes and consumers to digitise their strength training just like the professionals. The application has been designed to track all your exercises in the gym and provide artificial intelligence based recommendations on how you can achieve your strength training goals faster. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the smartphone application and workout sensor.
“Strength training has tremendous potential when it comes to performance and health. Elite athletes of every discipline are using strength training to increase performance, prevent injuries and reduce recovery time enabling them to perform better and stay in shape longer. It is not uncommon for those athletes to have access to diagnostic tools worth several thousands of dollars.”
“These tools often even need experts to analyze their data and extract individual training advises. With Vmaxpro we want to make professional analytic abilities available for everyone and integrate them into everybody’s daily training the easiest way possible. We are constantly working on AI to effectively analyze athletes training data and give athletes and trainers advises based on specific goals, whether it is strength, technique or just to stay fit and motivated.”
Vmaxpro is now available to back via Kickstarter with early bird pledges available from €119 or roughly £107, with worldwide shipping expected to take place next month.
