Codi is a new interactive children’s storytelling robot created by Pillar Learning based in Miami, Florida. Using “hundreds of songs, stories and lessons”, Codi has been created to help provide children with developmental support outside of the classroom.
Codi has this week taken to Kickstarter to raise the required funds it needs to make the jump into production pledges available from $69 or roughly £54 early bird backers will be able to get their hands on Codi as early as January 2019.
“Codi comes with access to hundreds of classic songs, stories and lessons for free. And, Codi’s Wi-Fi connectivity ensures you always have access to new, premium content that will be released often. Codi’s artificial intelligence learns from a child’s usage patterns to become more personalized and deliver a customized experience based on each individual child’s age, interests and ability. Codi’s content offerings and AI abilities will continue to improve through a lifetime of free software upgrades, which will ensure that Codi will grow with your child for years to come, without having to upgrade the device.”
