We have seen a number of leaked photos of the new OnePlus 5 which show that the handsets design may be very similar to Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus.
There are also some official photos of parts of the new OnePlus 5, like the one above and as we can see the back of the handset looks very similar to the back of Apple’s iPhone 7 Plus, which can be seen below.
OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei recently addressed the claims that the handset looks like the iPhone 7 Plus on Twitter, you can see what he had to say below.

OnePlus will be making their new flagship smartphone official later this month, the company is holding a press conference on the 2oth of June.
We have heard a number of specifications for the handset which include a 5.5 inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Processing will be provided by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and the device will come with 6GB of RAM as standard and a choice of 64GB or 128GB of storage, there is also another 8GB version of the handset rumored as well.
The OnePlus 5 will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and it will feature dual cameras on the back which are said to each come with 13 megapixel sensors. We will have more details about the new OnePlus 5 when it is mad official next week.
