The Bentley Continental GT3-R was announced back in June, the vehicle will be available in limited numbers, and now Bentley has announced that it will retail for $337,000 in the U.S.
Bentley are making a limited production run of just 300 Bentley Continental GT3-R’s and 99 of these are headed to the U.S., the car will launch in the U.S. in the first quarter of 2015.
The Bentley Continental GT3-R is the company’s fastest production car to date, it will be powered by a 3.0 liter V8 engine with twin turbos, and it will be 100kg lighter than the Bentley Continental GT V8 S.
This will give the Bentley Continental GT3-R a 0 to 60 MPH time of just 3.6 seconds and it comes with 582 HP and 700 NM of torque.
Bentley have reduced the weight on the Bentley Continental GT3-R with a number of carbon fiber parts, which include a new front splitter and new fixed rear wing.
It will be available in one color, glacier white which will come with green accents as can be seen in the photos. Bentley are now taking orders on the vehicle in the U.S., although with just 99 cars being made available, we suspect it will be sold out pretty quickly.
