Bem Wireless has announced that it is now shipping a new portable Bluetooth speaker for music fans. The speaker is called the boom box and it uses Bluetooth connectivity supporting just about any Bluetooth equipped music device on the market. The device will work with the iPhone, Android smartphones, tablets, and computers.
The device uses Bluetooth 2.1 and promises clear audio at all volume levels. The device also features an ancillary input and output supporting devices that lack Bluetooth connectivity. The boom box is also designed to be portable with an integrated handle for carrying it around the home or outdoors.
The internal rechargeable battery is good for 10 hours of use per charge and the speaker is auto pair capable. The boom box has lights on top to indicate battery charge level, Bluetooth connectivity, and when it’s charging. It also has controls for audio playback on top and is available now for $249.99.
