The Asus ZenFone AR was announced at CES in January, the handset is a Project Tango smartphone and now it is coming to Verizon Wireless.
Verizon will be the first mobile carrier to launch a Project Tango device, the handset is coming to the network this summer.
The new was confirmed by Google’s Johnny Lee at Google IO, there will also be an unlocked version of the handset made available.
As a reminder the Asus ZenFone AR comes with a 5.7 inch display with a WQHD resolution and it comes has 8GB of RAM and a 23 megapixel camera.
As soon as we get some more details on exactly when the Asus ZenFone AR is coming to Verizon and how much it will cost, we will let you guys know.
