We previously heard that the new Asus ZenFone AR would be launching this month and now it looks like the handset will launch next week.
Asus will apparently launch their Asus ZenFone AR next Wednesday the 14th of June, the handset was originally made official at CES back in January.
The Asus ZenFone AR will come with a 5.7 inch display that features a WQHD resolution and the handset will also come with 8GB of RAM. The handset also comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and 256GB of storage.
Other specifications on the Asus ZenFone AR include a 23 megapixel camera, the handset is a Project Tango device and we should have a full list of specifications on the device next week.

Asus has revealed that the handset is not launching on the 14th of June, the device will be present at the event, but will not go on sale until a later date, you can see an official statement below.
ASUS will be having an event in Taiwan on June 14th, and while the ZenFone AR will be a part of it, it will not be launching then, nor has ASUS publicly specified a launch date for the upcoming smartphone. We are; however, happy to share that consumers will be able to get their hands on the ZenFone AR this summer.
