Ubisoft has this week announced and released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered game that will be launching later this year on March 20th, 2018 and will be available to play on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and will feature upscaling 4K resolution enhancements for the Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro including new high resolution textures, improved shadows and lighting as well as a wealth of other graphical enhancements with improved environment rendering, says Ubisoft. On older Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered will run at 1080p.
To recap the open world adventure will allow you to explore three unique environments taking the form of the North Atlantic Ocean, the River Valley and New York City fully recreated as it existed in the 18th century. Check out the announcement trailer below to learn more about what you can expect from the remastered game which is currently under development. The storyline takes place during the turmoil of the French and Indian war during which you take on the role of a young fearless member of the assassin’s Brotherhood, Shay Patrick Cormac.
