According to a recent report by the BGR, Apple will show off a new version of their Apple TV software at this years World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC), which takes place on the 11th to the 15th of June.
The new version of Apple’s TV OS is expected to come with a range of new features, and is apparently the same version that Apple’s rumored HDTV set will run.
According to the report Apple is in talks with third party manufacturers to use a new ‘control out’ API which would make accessories compatible with Apple’s new TV OS.
There are no details as yet on exactly what new features will be added to the next version of Apple’s TV software, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
