Apple’s [CEO] Steve Jobs has just finished their iPhone 4 press conference, and will now offer any iPhone 4 owner a full refund withing 30 days of purchase if they are not happy with their iPhone 4.
Apple have also said that they will provide a free iPhone 4 case to everyone who has purchased an iPhone 4, starting next week, although they won’t be able to make enough bumper cases so will be offering a choice of cases.
Anyone who has purchased an iPhone 4 bumper case will receive a refund, and you will be able to apply for this or your free case from the Apple website from the end of next week.
Steve Jobs also said that the reception issue is only affecting a small number of iPhone 4 owners in certain signal areas, and that this also happens to other smartphones they showed an Android and RIM smartphone experiencing the same issues in the press conference.
