Following the unveiling of their next generation MacBook Pro equipped with its new high resolution retina screen, sporting a 2,880 x 1,800 pixel screen. Apple has now aired the first TV adverts for their new flagship MacBook Pro system. Watch the advert after the jump.
The TV advert includes the tagline: “The radical new MacBook Pro with Retina display. Innovation in every dimension.” Within the new MacBook Pro’s setting Apple allows you to tweak your resolutions to suit your needs, and enables the OS X software to take advantage of the retina screen yet still make text readable on the screen, with the use of scaling.
Apple has provided five scaling options ranging from 1,024 x 640 pixels to 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, wit the higher settings effecting the system performance a little more than on the lower ones. As you would expect.
