
Forbes has released its latest list of the world’s most valuable brands, and according to Forbes, the Apple Brand is worth $124.2 billion, which is twice as much as any other company on the list.
According to Forbes, Apple’s brand value has increased some 19 percent over the previous year. Microsoft is in second place on the Forbes list, with a brand value of $63 billion, this is up some 11 percent on previous years.
Add it all up and the Apple brand is worth $124.2 billion and almost twice as much as any other brand in Forbes’ annual study of the world’s most valuable brands. The value of the Apple brand is up 19% over last year. Apple’s strong brand and innovative products allowed it to redefine four industry categories over the past 13 years with the launches of the iPhone, iPad, iPod and iTunes.
In third place is Google, with a brand value of $56.6 billion, up 19%., in fourth place is Coca Cola and in fifth place is IBM, out of the top five brands, four of them are technology companies, another tech company in the top 10 is Samsung who are in eighth place.
