Amazon has this week rolled out a new update to its Android Amazon Video application, bringing with it a great new feature for Android users to enjoy adding support for SD cards.
Th update offers users with the choice to download movies to their Android tablet or smartphone and store them on an SD card. Saving space on their primary drive from more important applications, photographs and more.
Once you have installed the new Amazon Video application update, Amazon will let you download titles from their Prime Video service as well as allowing those that have bought digital videos from the Amazon store to also store these movies directly on the SD card, again saving space on the primary Android drive for more important applications.
The new update and SD card features is available to Amazon customers in US, UK, Germany, Austria and Japan at the current time and users can automatically set the SD card as the default location for downloading media and can easily switch location if required using the settings menu.
