LG is not the fastest manufacturer when it comes to releasing timely updates for its flagship, but the company rolled out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the LG G4 for users residing in Poland last month.
Recently, the company started rolling out the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the LG G4 in the company’s home town, South Korea.
It’s also worth mentioning that the update will roll out in phases in South Korea since it’s a much bigger market than Poland. It appears the update was rolled out in Poland as a test run to see if the update has issues or bugs which needs attention, and now, South Korea joins the list of countries where LG is rolling out the latest Android operating system for their flagship device.
As far as other regions are concerned, there’s no word when the update will roll out in European and Asian markets. As for North America, it may turn out to be the last market to get the update as the process a little time consuming due to carrier certifications and approvals.
