At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) exhibition this week Alcatel has launched a new smartphone to their range of devices in the form of the new Alcatel One Touch Idol X smartphone.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol X is equipped with a 5 inch 1080p display and comes running Google’s latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol X smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, supported by 1GB of RAM, with 16Gb of onboard storage available for apps and media files, that can be expanded to 32GB using microSD cards.
Other features of the Alcatel One Touch Idol include a 2000mAh battery, 13 megapixel rear facing camera and a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol also supported 3G connectivity but not LTE and is available in orange, red, yellow and blue finishes. Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by Alcatel.
