3D Systems has unveiled their next generation 3D printers in the for of the Cube and CubeX 3D printers which have now been tweaked and build on the original Cube 3D printer.
The latest generation of Cube 3D printer are now 1.5X faster printing, as well as quieter printing, and now offers up to 5.5″ cubed area for designs.
Together with a larger variety of material and print modes at your disposal, including both compostable PLA and recyclable ABS plastics to choice from. Each is available in 16 different color cartridges including new glow in the dark green and blue and metallic silver colors.

The latest generation of Cube 3D printers also offer a choice of print mode fill density, offering: Lite, Medium and Solid in both PLA and ABS plastics with optional easy, breakaway supports for the most complex prints.
The Cube and CubeX 3D printers are now available to pre-order with shipping commencing on January 21st 2013.
