Apple’s iPhone X costs $999 and according to a recent report, this years 2018 iPhone X will be $100 cheaper. The company is rumored to be launching three different versions this yer, all with different price points.
According to a recent report the 5.8 inch OLED iPhone X will start at $899 and the 6.5 inch OLED iPhone X will apparently start at $999.
The third model in the range will be a cheaper iPhone X with a 6.1 inch LCD display, previous rumors have suggested that this handset will cost between $550 and $650, whether or not this is correct remains to be seen.
The design of the 2018 iPhone X will be similar to the existing handset, the device will get a number of upgrades under the hood, these will include a faster processor and more RAM than the current device.
We are also expecting the new iPhone to come with updated cameras and all three models will apparently come with Apple’s Face ID technology. Apple are expected to launch their new handsets some time in September or October along with the next major release of iOS.
Apple will be making their new iOS 12 OS official at Mobile World Congress next month, the company is said to be focusing on quality with this years release and are leaving some features out of the OS until next year.
