UK mobile phone operator Vodafone has announced that the Samsung Galaxy S II will be getting the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on their network, starting tomorrow the 12th of April.
Vodafone have said that the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update will be available as an over the air update and also through Samsung’s Kies Software, the new comes as Vodafone has announced they have finished testing the update.
The Android Ice Cream Sandwich update for Samsung Galaxy S II has now been approved, and is set to be available on 12th April via Over The Air update and Samsung KIES. This is a provisional date which could change, but we’ll let you know here if that’s the case.
As soon as we get some details on what time the update will be available from tomorrow we will let you guys know.
