At E3 this week Nvidia and Nyko have unveiled their new PlayPad controllers, which have been specifically designed for use with Android devices equipped with Tegra 3 chipsets.

The new Bluetooth enabled PlayPad controllers are equipped with dual analog sticks, with sliders on the non-Pro version. Together with directional pads, shoulder bumpers, and face buttons.

A Pro version is also available (pictured below), which takes the form of an Xbox 360 controller, in a similar vein to the Wii U Pro controller also unveiled at E3 this week.

Both controllers come supplied with a new Playground app from Nyko, and are compatible with any Android device running 3.0 and higher. Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
