HTC’s One X And HTC Evo 4G LTE Comply With ITC Ruling, Clear Customs

We heard last week that some of HTC’s devices which have been held by US customs had started to be released, and now HTC has confirmed that both the HTC One X and HTC Evo 4G LTE have been released by US customs.
HTC also confirmed that both devices have been found to comply with the ITC ruling, which found that previous HTC device had infringed on Apple’s patents.
Both devices come with a modified version of Android and are now complaint with the ITC ruling and neither device has been found to infringe on any of Apple’s patents.
