By default, all files are stored locally, unless you choose to keep them in the cloud. You can also add an extra layer of protection by keeping files in the Safe Folder with PIN access.
Sharing also remains under your control. Aside from sending files via email or messaging apps directly from iScanner, you can create a password-protected link and set an expiration date.
