Contour Unveils ContourROAM Waterproof Sports Camcorder
This week sports camera maker Contour has unveiled its latest addition to their range in the form of the waterproof ContourROAM sports camcorder. The new ContourROAM can accept up to 32GB MicroSD cards enabling it to record up to 8 hours of movie footage when shooting in full 1080p mode. If you need more space the cards can easily be popped out and swapped if required.
The new sports camcorder is waterproof up to 1m and is also equipped with a multi-direction microphone designed to capture the ambient audio of all your adventures and when combined with its 1080p video (25 or 30 fps), and stills using its 5 megapixel sensor you shouldn’t miss anything.
The ContourROAM comes supplied with Contour’s Storyteller App which allows you to easily transfer your video footage to either Mac or PC systems providing easy upload to your website for bragging rights.
The ContourROAM is equipped with a 170 degree field of view and weighs just 5.1-ounce weight or 145 grams and will run for around 3 hours on a fully charged battery. The ContourROAM Waterproof Sports Camcorder is now available to buy for $200.
