Acer has this week announced it will be adding a number of new Acer C7 Chromebook models to its ever growing range of Acer Chromebook devices, over the coming months.
From today the Acer Chromebook range will now include a C710-2055 laptop that has been created to provide users with up to 6 hours of usage from a single charge, and has been designed with commercial and school users in mind.

The new C710-2055 Acer Chromebook laptop features an 11.6-inch display with a 1366 x 768 resolution, powered by a Intel Celeron 847 dual-core processor clocked at 1.1GHz, supported by 4GB of RAM and fitted with a 320GB hard drive.
“The Acer Chromebook C7 line is ideal for schools planning to give multiple students access to the Chromebooks, either in their classrooms or on a mobile cart. Each student can log on with their unique account to access email, documents, website bookmarks and other projects.
Acer Chromebooks come with Google Drive, an online file storage service, so students and teachers can save and access their files safely online and won’t need to back up manually. Teachers and students can also access files as well as create and edit Google Docs and use Gmail offline for greater flexibility.”
The Acer Chromebook C710-2055 will soon be available to purchase for $280 a little more expensive than the original which is currently available for $200 with its lower specifications.
