Samsung started rolling out the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for their Galaxy S II smartphone at the end of last week, to some countries, with other countries expected to get the update this week.
Samsung has now released the source code for Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for the Galaxy S II and it is available to download from Samsung’s open source portal.
We haven’t as yet found out a date for the release of the Android 4.0 update for the Galaxy S II here in the UK, we were hoping to find out some more details today, but there doesn’t seem to be any more information as yet.
