Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new smartphone in China, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special Edition and the handset gets a number of upgrades over the original device.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special Edition comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage and the device has a 5.7 inch display that has a 2K resolution.
Other specifications on the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special Edition include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor and a 4070 mAh battery plus front and rear cameras.
On the front of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special Edition there is an 8 megapixel camera for Selfies and on the back of the handset there is a 22.5 megapixel camera for photos and videos.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special Edition is available for 2,599 Yuan in China which is about $382 at the current exchange rate.
