The WikiPad 7, which is an Android based gaming tablet that is due to launch this spring went into production last month, and now the device has appeared at the FCC, which should mean that the tablet is about to launch.
The WikiPad 7 comes with a 7 inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, processing comes in the form of an NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, and it comes with a game controller which is connected to the sides of the tablet.
The game controller dock has a D-Pad and a number of physical buttons, the tablet comes with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and features 16GB of built in storage, plus Bluetooth and WiFi.
The WikiPad 7 will retail for $249 when it launches this spring, as yet we do not have an exact launch date for the device, as soon as we get some more information on when it will be available we will let you guys know.
