Le Vise Products based in Texas has created a new wearable GPS System which has been designed to help keep children a little safer. The Joey Tag child safety wearable has been launched on Kickstarter this week to raise the $15,000 it requires to go into production.
Watch the video below to learn more about its GPS capabilities and features which include a panic alarm, as well as vibrating alarms to alert your child when they are out of range.
Willie Wu is the Founder & CEO of Le Vise Products LLC. He’s married with two daughters and his experience with being separated from his youngest daughter at an amusement park inspired him to begin making child safety products. He has electrical engineering degrees from the University of Texas and SMU along with an MBA from MIT.
Terrell R. Bennett is the CTO of Le Vise Products LLC. He’s married with two young, energetic sons. He has an SB in electrical engineering and computer science from MIT and his MS and PhD in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
The rest of the team includes Isabelle Wu (accounting), Roni Amos (social media), Maria Santana (customer service), Dean Wang (engineering lead), Yaoyu Li (app developer), Leo Chen (industrial design), and Emily Huang (engineering assistant).
