Today Wacom has unveiled their next generation line of Intuos 5 drawing tablets, that have been designed to provide professional photographers, designers and artists a more natural interface for digital content creation.
The drawing tablet also come supplied with a Intuos 5 Grip Pen that Wacom has equipped with 2048 levels of pen pressure and up to 60 degrees of tilt.
Together with Wacom’s proprietary Tip Sensor technology, enabling the Intuos5 Grip Pen, to provide pressure-sensitive effects even if an incredibly light touch is used. Allowing it to provide a digital alternative to traditional pens and drawing equipment.
The new Wacom Intuos 5 now includes multi-touch gesture support for intuitive input, an Express View display, together with wireless connectivity. John of Wacom explains:

The next generation Wacom Intuos5, is now available from today in three models: Intuos5 touch Small, Medium and Large, with the pen also being available to purchase separately.
