Earlier this week Viewsonic announced their first tablet computer to run Google’s Android OS, the Viewsonic ViewPad 7. Now it seems that Viewsonic has launched another tablet that will run Android, the Viewsonic ViewPad 100, and as well as Android it will come with Windows 7.
The Viewsonic Viewpad 100 will feature a dual booting OS, you will be able to boot up with either Windows 7 or Android 1.6. It will feature a 10 inch LED display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.
Processing comes in the form of an Intel Atom N455 1.55GHz processor, and there is also 1GB of DDR3 RAM built in, plus a 16GB solid state drive (SSD). On top of that the ViewPad 100 also feature Bluetooth, WiFi, A-GPS, a G-sensor, a microSD card slot, which can take up to 32GB cards, two USB ports and a miniVGA port.
The Viewsonic ViewPad 100 also features a 1.3 mgeapixel web camera. There are no details on pricing or availability as yet.
