According to a recent report by Bloomberg we can expect to see more tweets appearing in Google search results, as the two companies have apparently signed a new partnership deal.
Twitter and Google had an agreement in place back in 2009, which gave Google access to all of the tweets from Twitter, this made it easy for Google to integrate them into search.
The deal between the two companies was not renewed back in 2011, which meant that Google had to crawl Twitter and the results could not appear instantly.
The new deal would bring the posts from Twitter back into Google search results instantly again, so they would effectively be appearing in real time as they did previously.
Neither Google or Twitter have confirmed the new deal, according to Bloomberg this is expected to happen some time in the first half of this year.
